  1. Where can I find Pond’s® products?
    Pond’s personal care and beauty care products are sold in mass merchandise stores, drug stores, and supermarkets all over the country. Although we would like each of our products to be available in all stores, shelf space and consumer demand sometimes limit the number of items a retailer is willing to carry.   2. I’ve been looking for several Pond’s® products and haven’t been able to find them. Have you recently discontinued any?
    Marketing is a complex function and many business factors must be taken into consideration before discontinuing a product. Consumer demand is a major factor. When the level of demand is insufficient to ensure that consumers receive high quality products at affordable prices, products may have to be discontinued.

    The following Pond’s products have recently been discontinued:

  3. Can you guide me to which Pond’s® facial cleansing product is best for me?
    Pond’s® Cleansing & Make-Up Removing Towelettes are portable, convenient and easy to use pre-moistened cleansing cloths. They’re designed to lift dirt, make-up and impurities from skin and clean right down to the pores. They’re available in Original Clean, Micro-dermabrasion, and Age-Defying.

    Pond's® Cold Cream, the cool classic, is ideal for dry skin as it thoroughly deep cleans down to the pores to remove even the most stubborn make-up. This classic rich cream removes even the most stubborn make-up and impurities, while leaving skin soft and smooth. It cleans thoroughly and gently, without stripping or drying, without harsh detergents and without leaving a residue. It’s hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested and won’t clog pores. Pond’s Crema C, is a similar version of Cold Cream, and is brought to the United States from Mexico.

    Pond’s® Deep Cleanser and Make-up Remover, the cool cucumber classic, has all the benefits of cold cream in a lighter, non-greasy lotion formula which is ideal for all skin types. It combines the deep cleansing and moisturizing benefits of our cold cream, but in a lighter, non-greasy lotion formula and with the added feature of cucumber extract. This lotion formula adds back essential moisture to the skin as it deep cleans.

    Pond’s® Exfoliating Fresh Start is a daily cleanser with microbeads, white tea and pure china clay that revitalizes, deep cleans and purifies your skin. To find a product in a store in your area please click here.
  4. Which of Pond’s® moisturizers would be best for me?
    Our line of facial moisturizers includes Pond's Dry Skin Cream and Crema S, which is another version of Dry Skin Cream brought to the United States from Mexico. These creams intensely hydrate extra dry or sensitive skin and are perfect as both an overnight cream and a moisturizing base under make-up. They reduce dryness to leave skin feeling softer and smoother than ever. We also have an anti-aging, anti wrinkle cream Rejuveness, also from Mexico. Used daily this cream fights the appearance of ageing with its combination of AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) to help with surface cell renewal; occlusives to increase skin water content; humectants to attract and hold moisture in the skin; and vitamins known to be anti-oxidant and skin conditioning. It also contains collagen, which helps keep the skin firm. You’ll notice a visible reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in two weeks.   5. How long can I keep my Pond’s® products and what’s the best way to store them?
    Your Pond’s products remain at their optimum quality and freshness for at least 3 years when stored at room temperature.
  6. How can I get samples of Pond’s® products?
    External marketing agencies conduct sampling programs for our company. Unilever sets specific guidelines for the direct delivery of these samples. However, the consumers chosen to receive samples are selected by our agencies based on proprietary criteria.

  7. Will Pond’s® donate product to my organization/charity?
    As you can imagine, we receive thousands of requests for products and sponsorships throughout the year from many worthy organizations. Therefore, rather than reply to individual appeals, we send product regularly to major U.S. national organizations, which in turn distribute these items to qualified agencies that service needy members of our communities. Although we would like to support all the commendable causes that are brought to our attention, we simply are unable to do so, and will not be able to accommodate your request at this time.

  8. What is Pond’s® policy on animal testing?
    Unilever, which manufactures Pond's is committed to the elimination of animal testing. It is equally committed to consumer health and safety, and to the safety of its workforce and the environment. Where some testing is required by law or currently unavoidable, we aim to minimize the number of animals used.
    In pursuit of these goals, Unilever on the one hand applies strict internal control procedures to ensure that animal testing is only carried out when no alternatives are available, and on the other hand invests in developing and applying alternative approaches to replace animal testing in safety assessments for consumer products.
    By adopting this dual approach, we advance the elimination of animal testing and reduce the number of tests to the absolute minimum. We provide transparency both in the use of animals and in the progress made in developing alternative approaches.
